South Coast Nursing Homes (SCNH) recently launched the latest cohort of our Leadership Development Programme. This marks the third time that a carefully selected group of SCNH team members has embarked on the programme.
Introduced by Managing Director, Sarah Hazell and delivered by our People & Business Executive, Marcus Hazell, the programme reflects our long-standing belief in building performance from within, as Marcus explains;
“It’s a 6-month programme of skills-based development, covering such topics as Personal Impact, Trust and Health Conflict and Leading with Impact, culminating with graduation in January 2027. We have 8 delegates this time, and each has a formal mentor, to keep the learning alive between the workshops. I look forward to seeing the group develop into even greater leaders, as the programme continues – good luck to everyone.”

SCNH offer nine homes and 411 beds across East Sussex and West Sussex. Each of our homes is fully registered and offers the highest standards of resident care and comfort, 24 hours a day, for both long and short-term stays.
