The most luxurious Nursing Home in Worthing, West Sussex.

The most luxurious Nursing Home in Worthing, West Sussex.

Nestled in the heart of many famous poet named streets, the title seemed fitting. The Poets boasts a fabulous atrium entrance and reception with an imperial staircase turning all the way to the second floor; from there you can see across the trees and rooftops of the seaside town.

The interior of the home is exquisitely designed to a standard and luxury that is unparalleled in a nursing home. The atrium leads through to a comfortable open lounge area, and then into our bistro that offers a spectacular view of the gardens and cascading water features through panoramic opening doors.

The Poets also boasts an entertainment studio, library, dining and seating areas, as well as a hair salon.

Many areas are air conditioned and Wi-Fi is free and available throughout the home.

Every bedroom is spacious and modern with en-suite wet rooms. They are all fully furnished in solid oak furniture with a desk, personal fridge, large smart TV and phone.

Several bedrooms were created to accommodate two beds, so couples can be together always.

Please do get in touch with one of the team to arrange a visit to see for yourself. You’ll aways be sure of a warm welcome and expert advice.

The very welcoming building is matched by the very warm welcome given by the reception staff. Our son has now stayed at The Poets three times and on each occasion we were made to feel welcome and nothing seemed to be any trouble. The care staff are fantastic and clearly enjoy their working environment. Our son has complex needs and the range of staff from the care assistants to the senior nursing staff that the home has ensures that he gets excellent care for the duration of his stay. Without doubt the organising and management of the home is equal to the care staff. The management are always available to discuss things and the housekeeping manager is kind and caring and checks with us frequently that things are as we want them. We would strongly recommend anyone to this home and we hope to continue visiting for respite care in the future.

My husband came into "The Poets" for respite for three weeks. The care and attention have been excellent.

It's a fantastic nursing home. Practically brand new, very comfortable, well equipped, spotlessly clean and staffed by a great team who really do their best to make their residents' time with them as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. My father was dreading going into care and is actually very happy with his life at The Poets. It's a great relief knowing that he is being so well cared for by the great team The Poets has.

The Poets is a stunning care home with great amenities and facilities. The staff are always friendly, approachable and engaging. The team are well led and the nursing team are fantastic, making each visit enjoyable and putting us at ease knowing that my friend is looked after.
