Dear Tracy and staff at Rookwood
On behalf of my family, I would like to express our sincere thanks to you and all your staff.
The care you are giving mum is 1st class and we are so appreciative that she is settling in nicely.

To Tracy and all the staff. Thank you all so much for caring and looking after my mum, Mary, She was so happy and on my visits always stressed that I was not to worry as she was being looked after so well. I think what stands out most is how kind and caring you all are, although busy you always find the time to listen and treat the resident with respect and dignity. My first impression of Rookwood, was one of a homely happy atmosphere and i knew it was the right home for mum, thank you so much.
