We just wanted to thank you all again so VERY much for all the care and love you showed our dear mother since she came to Pentland’s three years ago. It was so lovely to see so many of you at Mothers thanksgiving service. You are all very special and we are so grateful that mothers stay with you enable our paths to cross. I particularly will miss you all – you have become my extended family and i shall never forget you. With love.

To all the staff at Pentlands
I and my family thank you for the kindness and patience you have shown us and in particular Jean. At least she passed away in comfortable conditions and was aware of all our love.
Again many thanks

To all the staff , We would like to thank you all for taking such care of our dear friend Mary. In the last few weeks of her life the care and kindness you showed her made the inevitable end just a little easier for us to bear. We had been friends for 45 years and she leaves a great hole in our lives. Once again thank you and god bless you all.

Hi everyone
I just wanted to express my thanks for everything you have all done for my mum. Your care and friendship meant so much to her and to me. Mum may not have remembered what she had for lunch but watching her eat you knew she enjoyed it all especially with a glass of Shiraz in her hand. You may say that the care and attention you all gave to mum is what you do, its your job, but actually much more that that. It takes a special person to do the work you do and to do it so well, i wanted you to know it is recognized and very much appreciated. Carry on doing the wonderful things you do seemingly so easily

A big thank you to everyone at Pentland’s for making our Christmas so enjoyable, for all the activities and outings and the lovely Christmas lunch. Mum seemed to like the big tree in the lounge best, I think it was the lights going on and off. Thank you especially for all the care and kindness mum has received through out the year, she seems very contented and her visitors have said how well she looks. Best wishes.

To all the beautiful people. Wanted to thank everyone at Pentlands for looking after my father in his last days. He lived and died with dignity and without you as a group this would not be possible.

Thank you so much for the wonderful care you gave to dad and ourselves during the final stages of his life. We know that after a while dad really settled with you and he couldn’t speak highly enough of how well he was looked after. It also put our minds at rest to know that he was in safe hands.
