The leadership team at South Coast Nursing Homes is stepping away from our homes and into their running shoes this May!

Sarah, our Managing Director; Rosy, our Clinical Director; Alex, our IT Executive; and Marcus, our People & Business Executive, are officially taking on the Mid Sussex Marathon Weekend to raise vital funds for St Barnabas House.

This event is a true test of endurance, and our team is already deep into training to ensure they can go the distance for a cause that sits close to our hearts.

Why we’re running for St Barnabas House

As a company deeply rooted in the local community, SCNH is proud to support St Barnabas House. For those who aren’t familiar, they provide specialist palliative care to people with life-limiting illnesses in Worthing and the surrounding areas.

Their work is about more than just medical care; it’s about providing dignity, comfort, and emotional support to patients and their families during life’s most challenging moments. Most of their services are provided free of charge, which is only possible through community fundraising efforts like this one.

How you can help

Every pound raised goes directly toward care, bereavement support, and the day-to-day running of the hospice. We would be incredibly grateful for any donation, no matter the size, to help us reach our target.

How to support us:

Sarah Hazell, MD of South Coast Nursing Homes says; “Community is at the heart of what we do at SCNH. Supporting St Barnabas House allows us to give back to a charity that has touched the lives of so many of our families and friends.”

Thank you for your support, and we’ll see you at the finish line!
