Manor Hall is well equipped for the care of post-operative, acutely sick and chronic long stay or recuperative/convalescent patients.

Situated overlooking Manor Gardens, the home is quiet and peaceful. It is easily accessible by road and the Old Town location is also very close by. The Home has forty three single bedrooms, many with en-suite facilities. Each room is carefully furnished and maintained and includes central heating, television and access to a telephone. Personal items can normally be accommodated by arrangement. For safety the home has a modern integrated fire alarm system and each room has the benefit of a nurse call system. We would like to thank all the staff who cared for Mary, for their professionalism and kindness. No one really (least of all mum!) wants to be in a Nursing Home, but your care and friendship towards mum helped her cope through some dark times. Thank you all so much.

Dear Lucy and all the fantastic team at Manor Hall. As a family we cannot thank you enough for all the tender, loving care you gave not only to our darling dad, DC, but to us as a family. In our hearts we all know that dad was reaching the end of his wonderful life and it was made easier for us all  to witness the love and kindness given to him in his final days. He was treated with dignity and respect and whilst our wish was to get him home – he was as good as home – thank you.
