My mum has now been a resident at Rookwood for nearly 2 years and did take a while to settle. I have been very pleased that over the last 12 months she has joined in with more activities during the day and socialising in the lounge too. Any concerns are listened to and acted upon by staff. Recently my mum has suffered some ill health and the care staff have been exceptional. I trust them completely with my mum's care and well-being. Thank you to the whole team.

My mum has been living at Abundant Grace since March 2025. Its been a big transition for her and us all as prior to this she living at home with minimal formal support. The staff, the physical environment and the ethos of Abundant Grace has made this period of her life much easier and more comfortable than she or her family could have imagined. Having to deal with placing a loved one in care is such a daunting prospect, nothing can prepare you for what lies ahead, to have the care and support of the entire team at Berkeley Lodge has been a total blessing to me, my Mum and wider family.
Not only the cleanliness of Berkeley Lodge, but the genuinely caring nature of everyone from the receptionist, the cleaning staff and nursing team all of whom 'know' my Dad and take a real interest in his wellbeing, you are all amazing. Thank you Berkeley Lodge, you're just wonderful.

An amazing place with amazing people working there. Lovely, bright and very clean, Blatchington Manor has a very warm friendly and inviting feel to the place as soon as you step inside and has lots of amazing areas for their residents. Bedrooms are lovely spacious and high end furnished and very clean as are the residents en suite bathrooms. Gardens are very well maintained with some lovely touches like the old telephone booth. The lots of different activities daily are great and the throughout the day updates keep us well informed.
My mum has been a resident about a month and I cannot thank everyone enough for the kindness and patience they have shown to my mum. I am so grateful and relieved that my mum is in such a great place with wonderful people looking after her.
